SEC is commercialized through technical collaboration with Stulz GmbH, Germany.
Alternating current flows through electrodes in the water, and steam is generated by using water itself as a heating element based on the principle of Joule heat.
In contrast to pan-type or electric steam humidifiers that use heaters, the electrodes do not generate heat.
Operation is controlled by a microprocessor, which produces clean steam without water treatment.
Two types are available:
1)Built-in air conditioning equipment with steam spray pipes
2)Direct room spray type with steam blowers
Suitable for a wide range of applications from general air conditioning to industrial air conditioning.
Features
- Clean steam humidification without water treatment.
- Operation signal output function is installed, easy to check the operating conditions.
- Applicable conductivity range is expanded (7.5～35.0 mS/m).
- Operable with lower conductivity than general tap water in Japan.
- All models are equipped with a drainage pump as standard, which helps to shorten drainage time and prevents reduction of steam volume.
- One unit supports both proportional control and ON / OFF control.
- Power adjusted between 20% and 100 % of maximum steam generation.
