NAE is a high-precision air flow indicator that consists of blade-shaped pitot tube sensors and a flow straightener element into duct-shaped metal cases, and directly connected to ducts.
Available in two types: square type and round type, made of aluminum. Stainless steel specifications with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance are also available.
The airfoil sensers in the detection part conforms to JIS B 8330 (Pitot tube traverse method), have a flat hollow body and multiple measurement holes.
Unique shaped sensors make a high differential pressure between total pressure and static pressure, which improve measurement accuracy.
Flow straightener elements on the upstream side reduce the required straight pipe length and allow the measurement in narrow spaces.
Detected pressure is displayed as air volume and wind velocity by connected to a digital indicator.
Connecting to converters enable remote numerical control and automatic system control.
The length of straight tubes required for measurement is greatly reduced as the pitot tube sensors and the flow straightener elements are integrated.
